About The Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s marketing and branding strategies
  • Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings whilst anticipating changing requirements.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements 
  • Assist in the execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and public relations activities
  • Responsible for the preparation and shipping of marketing material and equipment needed for events liaise with a storage warehouse
  • Prepare the Monthly Marketing Report for the team to update each month and ensure the team completes it on time

Requirements

  • Experience as Office Manager/ Executive Assistant
  • Proficient English
  • Organized
  • Knowledge in Office suit
  • Knowledge in SalesForce (Advantage)
