About The Position
BrandShield is looking for a new Sales Admin to join our Sales team! 😊
A Sales Admin main goal is to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Sales Operations team.
This role strongly contributes to the efficiency of the Sales processes and is crucial to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the CRO – the Sales Admin will work tightly with the CRO to assist with Sales related tasks
- Preparation of Sales material – prepare material required for customer meetings and Sales pitches
- Maintain Sales procedures – proactively participate in Sales processes in order to enable the business while verifying all guidelines are followed
- Data documentation – timely entry of customer and Sales data into our CRMs (Salesforce, Monday, etc.), as well as documentation of customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluent English & conversational Hebrew - must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – must
- Salesforce knowledge – strong advantage
- Tech savvy – strong advantage
- Meticulous and with strong attention to detail
- 4 days in the office and 1-day WFH
