About The Position

BrandShield is an online threat hunting company, specializing in monitoring, detection, and removal of online threats such as phishing attempts, executive impersonation, counterfeit products, trademark infringements, and more.

We are looking for an account executive to join our SMB team:

 

Responsibilities

·      Prospect relevant companies and C-level executives

·      Cold call and email executives until connection

·      Qualify prospects and identify needs

·      Create client demos/ presentations as well as quotes/ proposals

·      Understand Brandshield's different suites and know how to position relevant solutions

·      Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships

·      Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

·      Work strategically with CRO to build pipeline, deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

·      Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers

·      Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate

·      Meet or exceed sales objectives




 

Requirements

Requirements

·      Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality

·      Excellent communication skills

·      1-2 years of sales representative experience in b2b 

·      Native English speaker

·      Salesforce CRM experience - preferred

·      Solutions selling experience - preferred

·      This position requires the ability to hunt new accounts, develop and maintain business within existing accounts

·      Demonstrate excellence in presentations

·      A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction and teamwork

·      Self-motivated and persistent

 

Working hours will be Monday to Friday between 14:00 – 23:00
