SDR Team Leader


About The Position

BrandShield is growing and currently seeking a SDR Team Leader


Key responsibilities:

·      Set sales and meet sales goals

·      Mentor SDR team members

·      Build team growth plan

·      Hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing a SDR team.

·      Create and design a high performance team model to drive sales results

·      Create team culture and motivation through coaching, career development and incentive programs

·      Monitor SDR team KPIs and maintain a best in class prospecting program





  •   BA
  •   Managerial experience as an SDR/BDR TL with outbound achievement
  •    Fluent in English
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator – Adventage 

Working hours will be Monday to Thursday between 14:00 – 23:00, Friday 09:00-16:00
