About The Position

BrandShield is looking for a Sales operations prospecting:

The Sales prospecting is responsible for transforming data into contextual, actionable intelligence that will support BrandShield in achieving its revenue and profit goals. In addition, will be accountable for securing "on-demand" data and ad hoc report requests necessary to support business decisions. All while under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

·      Establish and maintain visual management of sales funnel using Salesforce.com

·      Monitor, track, and report on sales funnel KPIs; communicate gaps to Sales personnel and leadership on a regular basis

·      New business and campaign support

·      Help Sales and Marketing teams execute campaign directives, including up-selling, cross-selling, product conversions, product upgrades, and price campaigns

Requirements

·      Determined self-starter; must be able to work effectively and efficiently in an independent role

·      Extremely organized and structured

·      Energetic and analytical problem-solver; must be able to utilize CRM and data to visually demonstrate root cause of gaps to company performance

·      Excellent attention to detail and able to set high standards for quality

·      Strong quantitative skills

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·      Experience using CRM systems; experience with Salesforce.com highly preferred

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
