Growth Marketing Manager

About The Position

BrandShield is seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing (SAAS), with expertise in growth, demand generation, digital marketing, public relations, and events.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Delivering the audiences and the qualified leads that will drive commercial growth
  • Planning and implementation of multi-channel demand generation and lead generation campaigns to hit MQL and SQL lead targets
  • Managing junior resource and small marketing team in the implementation and optimization of campaigns across all owned and paid media channels
  • Ongoing reporting of campaign performance in line with MQL and SQL targets
  • Liaising with marketing, sales, and product team stakeholders to understand the market and our target customers to inform more effective campaign strategies and content
  • Working closely with sales teams to implement effective lead nurturing processes.
  • Development and implementation of nurture workflows and sequences within the Marketing Automation system.
  • Experience in ABM campaigns – an advantage.
  • Understanding and reporting on conversion rates across the marketing and sales ‘funnel’ and working with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to optimize each stage
  • Working with Brand to ensure on-brand communications are delivered within all campaigns.
  • Having a commercial view of the customer and putting in place marketing activities to help drive retention
  • Responsibility for the marketing budget and the results it delivers in terms of qualified leads into the business.
  • Plan and execute targeted events, including industry conferences, webinars, and user conferences, to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and speaking engagements at relevant events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces to enhance BrandShield's reputation.

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Experience in cyber security companies – an advantage
  • Proven success in hands-on demand and lead-generation campaigns (Paid)
  • Proven record of successful event management & PR
  • Perfect English
