BOARD OF DIRECTORS

YOAV KEREN / CEO

Yoav has over 25 years of experience in financial management, marketing and business development. He is currently a member of the anti-counterfeiting committee at INTA and was formerly a Council Member at ICANN. Yoav was Senior Advisor to a minister in the Israeli government and was the head of the Technology branch of the Israeli military’s Information Security Department. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg & Recanati business school (Northwestern University & Tel-Aviv University), and a B.A. in Economics and Physics from the Tel-Aviv University.

YUVAL ZANTKEREN / Co-CEO & CTO

Yuval is an internet information systems expert. He has over 25 years of experience in managing software development and web development, specializing in domain name systems and IDN (Internationalised Domain Name) systems.  Yuval was formerly a member of the Government Advisory Committee at ICANN for Israel.  Yuval holds an L.L.B and is a qualified lawyer. He earned a Business Administration degree Cum Laude specialising in Information Technology and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IDC Herzliya.

PAUL JONES / Board Member

Paul was a top-ranked analyst with a number of different stockbrokers, including Liberum, Panmure Gordon, Numis and Charterhouse. He has significant Support Services experience (which covers a wide range of very different companies) and a broad knowledge of other sectors. Paul has also been central to the success of many IPOs and a number of M&A transactions during the course of his career. Mr. Jones represents William Currie Investments on the board.

SUBRAMANIAN SUBBIAH  / Board Member

Subramanian is an investor, entrepreneur, and scholar. He is the Founder, Director, and Chairman of i-DNS.net. Previously, he served as a Consulting Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Physics at Stanford University (currently on sabbatical) and as an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. He also represents New Enterprise on the board.
