About The Position

BrandShield is looking for a new Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team! 😊

A Sales Support Specialist’s main goal is to support our Sales team in their processes.

This role strongly contributes to the efficiency of the Sales processes and is crucial to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Sales material – support the Sales team by preparing material required for customer meetings and Sales pitches
  • Maintain Sales procedures – proactively participate in Sales processes in order to enable the business while verifying all guidelines are followed
  • Onboarding new customers – facilitate the onboarding of new customers internally and externally
  • Communication – act as a bridge and facilitate communication between the Sales team, customers and other departments
  • Data documentation – timely entry of customer and Sales data into our CRMs (Salesforce, Monday, etc.), as well as documentation of customer interactions
  • Customer support – provide assistance to customers regarding commercial matters

  • Entry-level position
  • Fluent English & conversational Hebrew
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Motivated, high energy and goal oriented
  • Team player with a strong ability to work independently
  • Creative thinker and a problem solver that can think outside the box
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH
